Oversee mechanical works for retail fit-outs, ensuring compliance with design specifications, mall regulations, and safety standards.

Evaluate material submitting, and shop drawings, providing necessary approvals for tenant projects.

Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of mechanical installations, ensuring adherence to approved plans and resolving technical issues.

Ensure all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, comply with local codes and mall guidelines.
Skills

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, with experience in retail fit-outs.

Ability to coordinate multiple retail delivery projects, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with mall regulations.
