Job Description
- Maintenance of Sales control account including sub ledger, invoicing, credit, receipts and credit controls, advances
- Maintenance of purchase account including PO, invoicing, vendors` GL, payments
- Fixed assets, acquisition, disposal, depreciation, etc
- Cash management
- Budgetary controls and variance reporting
- Working throughout the accounting cycles up to drafting IS, BS and cash flow
- Accounting for real estate management business is an advantage
- Work with internal auditors and discuss and implement recommendations
- Liaison with auditors to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit
Skills
- Maximum 1 year experience in accounts department
- BSC plus professional qualification
- Worked on Yardi S/W is an advantage
