PL/FF supervisor

Role Objective:

To supervise the installation and commissioning work of all Plumbing works within the Mall Building and Facilities in accordance to contract documents and in compliance with local laws & regulations

 Key Responsibilities: 
1. Conduct supervision responsibilities in adherence to guidelines as indicated in the Maintenance policies and procedures manual; ensure that supervision guidelines are being adhered to by Plumbing technicians/ contractors at all times
2. Assist the Maintenance Senior Manager in the selection and approval of sub-contractors for Plumbing works including performance and progress report on the utilization of subcontractors
3. Prepare plumbing routine check plans, schedule and assign duties to Plumbing technicians and/or contractors including time and cost estimates for all plumbing works and activities 
4. Supervise and monitor the activities of the plumbing systems such as boilers, water tanks, sewer systems etc.,
5. Monitor and ensure completion of corrective action in cases of trouble shoots and repairs of boiler systems, sewer systems, drainage, water lines, pump circulations, water tanks etc., 
6. Assist in resolving any issues raised by contractors (e.g. requirements for time extensions, change order requests, variations etc); inform the Maintenance Senior Manager of any discrepancies identified against contract documents and make recommendations to the Maintenance Senior Manager as appropriate

Supervise the installation, repair and maintenance of water and plumbing systems within the Mall building and facilities; respond to emergency malfunctions and requests as directed by the Maintenance Senior Manager

Experience: 5-8 years
