Summary:
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, troubleshooting, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and handling daily operational requirements. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise electrical maintenance activities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems
- Troubleshoot electrical issues
- Coordinate with subcontractors for specialized tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage daily operational requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Article 18 transferable
- Full-time availability
- Diploma or technical certificate in a relevant field
- Experience working at The Avenues or Mabanee sites is advantageous
