Draftsman

Role Objective:

To Support the creation of drawings and manuals, and use their experience to make suggestions for improvements. This is a vital role to support customer expectations of quality and timeliness to project completion. within the Building and Facilities in accordance to contract documents and in compliance with local laws & regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1. Prepare drawing for all types of landscape design with consistent accuracy, neatness and presentation.

2. Provides necessary detailing to simplify execution of landscape drawings.

3. Prepare drawing list, printouts, plot files and copies of Landscape drawings for clients.

4. Coordinate with other departments for design related issues.

5. Visit site if necessary and do detailed measuring.

6. Assist in developing survey maps and layouts, when necessary.

7. Review all as-built drawings provided by contractors prior to their submittal to local ministries for approval, if required

Education & Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

1. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within Real Estate or Malls Operation field.

2. At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
