Civil Works Supervisor

Summary:
The Civil Works Supervisor oversees the installation and commissioning work related to civil works, landscaping, and water features in facilities. They ensure compliance with contract documents and local laws and regulations.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise the execution of civil works projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of civil works.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Manage and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all civil works are completed within budget constraints and report on any deviations.

Candidate Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Diploma or higher degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Must hold a transferable Article-18 residency in Kuwait.
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to civil works.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
