Security Supervisor - Bahrain

1. Provide input and feedback to the Mall security budget and external security contracts requirements

2. Ensure effective implementation of security related projects and technologies including Control Room Systems , CCTV Systems , Access Control System, Alarm System and Facial & A.N.P.R Detection Systems Ensure adherence to local security laws, regulations as applicable in Bahrain in coordination with the Bahraini Police Department, Fire & Safety Department and others, where required

3. Apply preventive measures and other mall security efforts as identified by security section management

4. Implement and report security incident response plans and investigation breaches

5. Provide inputs and collate data/ information required for monthly, quarterly and annually Mall security management performance report to security section management including Mall security programs, plans & external contracts, Rapid Intervention programs, loss control, Crisis management and Incident management & investigation

6. Report to Security Assistant Manager all mall security activities including incidents such as violence, hazards, suspicious activity, safety issues on a daily basis; as well as ensure that daily security routine checks are conducted by the assigned staff

7. Supervise and act as the focal point all security guards and contracted security personnel on all incidents, emergencies, difficulties and/or inquiries

8. Assist Government & emergency personnel (such as Bahrain Police officers, Fire fighters, Ambulance personnel) in the event of incidents within the mall premises

9. Manage and execute the company’s security guard shifts, rotations, leave, assigned posts and necessary training

10. Ensure knowledge transfer of all security requirements, policies and procedures including additional efforts and procedures during mall events and irregular activities

11. Supervise mall security team and ensure security personnel management is appropriately carried out by the Shift Coordinator and Rapid Intervention Controller

12. Collaborate with the CCTV Supervisor for all security related issues and surveillance activities

13. Interact with media and news agencies in a cohesive manner for all security incidents

14. Facilitate and ensure compliance of the security management training programs for all subordinates and contract security personnel
